Kudos to Dirk Kestner, who coordinated, cajoled, and compelled us (the many co-authors of the book) to all complete our assignments, and to all of the other individuals who made it happen. I co-authored the Steel section. There is a trove of information in the book. Hopefully it will find its way onto the shelves (and hands!) of every practicing structural engineer in the country and beyond.
